Pre-Order Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to share our products with you! As we are launching a new collection, some items are available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you're securing your item before it sells out, and we'll ship it as soon as our stock arrives. Our newly launched Cupcake Carnival collection is scheduled to be delivered prior to May 12, in time for EDC Las Vegas. If you require it sooner, please email us at support@basslnebabe.com to make a special request.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • Pre-orders placed today will be delivered by May 12.
  • We’ll keep you updated on any changes to shipping timelines and notify you via email when your order has shipped.
  • You can always check your order status in your account or contact us for updates.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, please note that any potential delays due to manufacturing or logistics issues may happen. If this happens, you’ll be the first to know, and we will provide new estimates as soon as possible. BASSLNE BABE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status!

How Do You Calculate Shipping Time?

  • Processing Time: While we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, some orders may be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Exceptions include items that are on pre-order.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order ships, the time it takes to arrive depends on the shipping option you select at checkout (standard, expedited, etc.). You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress on our website or through the carrier's site directly.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After I Place My Order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before we ship your package.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the United States of America. If you’re in a country not listed, feel free to check back here for updates about future availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that since all pre-order items are custom-ordered, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
