Returns
You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it for store credit only. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a return for store credit, email our Customer Service Team at support@basslnebabe.com and include your original order number.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and as much detail as possible. We’ll review the case and guide you on the next steps. Faulty items must be unworn, and depending on our assessment, a return may be required.
Please handle all items with care, as they are delicate.
