To keep your items looking their best, we recommend the following care guidelines:

  • Hand wash in cold water only
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Air dry flat; do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron or dry clean

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit only. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, email our Customer Service Team at support@basslnebabe.com with your order number.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days with photos and details.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.


Sizing & Fit

To help you find the perfect fit, check our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance!


Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify your order. Contact support@basslnebabe.com as soon as possible for assistance.
